The national park's normal day-trip season is 15 October to 15 May, subject to operating and sea conditions.

The published child price is ฿3,000 THB for ages 4–11.

What is the published cancellation policy?
The current published policy offers a refund for cancellations more than two days before travel, minus a ฿500 THB per-person administration and bank-charge fee. Cancellations within two days are non-refundable.
