Three Dive Day Trip
Sharks! Tropical Coral Reefs teeming with life!
Explore a sunken ship, now an artificial reef teeming with colourful fish.
Dive One
King Cruiser Wreck
On the 4th of May 1997 King Cruiser wreck, an 85-metre passenger ferry from Phuket was on its regular route from Phuket to the Phi-Phi Islands strayed several miles off course and hit Anemone Reef, the only navigational hazard in several miles. King Cruiser wreck, with its multiple collapsed decks and spacious swim-throughs, the wreck provides living quarters for large numbers of fish and crabs. Over time, the King Cruiser wreck has become an even better dive-site as it takes on a patina of age and becomes encrusted with a variety of colourful soft corals.
Dive Two
Shark Point
Hin Musang means shark rock in Thai and gets its name from the common sighting of Leopard Sharks found resting on the seabed. This is a pinnacle dive with a series of 5 pinnacles running north to south. All the pinnacles are covered in soft corals, large sea fans and home to big schools of colourful reef fish. There are tiger tail seahorses, ghost pipefish, barracuda and an almost unlimited variety of life on the pinnacles. Shark diving Thailand.
Dive Three
Koh Doc Mai Island
This is a wall dive and perfect for drift diving and one of the most popular dives for macro photographers. The wall itself is covered with soft corals, gorgonian sea fans and barrel sponges. The walls are home to a vast amount of marine life including nudibranchs, seahorses and ornate ghost pipefish. A couple of bamboo sharks can almost always be found sleeping under a ledge at 24 metres. This dive site is more suitable for advanced divers as the current can sometimes be challenging and visibility unpredictable.

Do I Need Scuba Diving Insurance?
Thailand Divers requires all certified divers joining scuba day trips, liveaboards or courses for certified divers to have their own suitable scuba-diving insurance before diving. This includes Refresher, Advanced Open Water, Nitrox and Deep Diver courses. Insurance is not included in these bookings.
Your existing travel insurance or personal dive insurance is acceptable if it covers your planned scuba diving in Thailand, including the activities, maximum depth and all dive dates, with cover for dive-accident medical treatment, emergency evacuation and recompression chamber treatment. Check eligibility, limits and exclusions with your insurer and bring confirmation of cover.
