Cancellations and Refunds
If your plans change, tell us as soon as possible. We will try to move your booking to another suitable date where practical, subject to availability. The 20% booking deposit is non-refundable. More than seven days before the activity, we refund anything paid above the deposit. Seven days or fewer before the activity, no refund is due. No refund is due for a no-show, a late arrival that prevents participation, or choosing to stop after the trip has started.
