How do I place a reservation?
Send your preferred date, hotel and number of guests. Thailand Divers will check availability and confirm the available trip date before payment is completed.
What are the deposit and payment terms?
For bookings more than seven days ahead, the current page requires a 20% deposit and the remaining balance two days before the trip. For bookings less than seven days ahead, full payment is required.
What are the published child prices?
The current page states ages 1–4 are free and ages 4–11 are ฿3,000 THB.
What time is hotel pickup?
The exact time depends on your hotel. Most published pickup times are between 05:30 and 06:30, with the confirmed time supplied after booking.
What is the published cancellation policy?
For cancellations more than two days before the trip, the current page offers a refund minus a ฿500 THB per-person administration and bank-charge fee. Cancellations within two days are non-refundable.
