Diving at altitude:

Diving in water whose surface pressure is below one standard atmosphere (e.g. a high-altitude lake such as Lake Titicaca) may need special high-altitude decompression tables or a specially-programmed dive computer. (And, on the surface, the divers may suffer effects of altitude hypoxia such as altitude sickness.)
