Air is what we breathe every day - it roughly comprises of 21% Oxygen and 79% Nitrogen. Air is the most commonly used divers’ breathing mixture. It can be breathed as deep as 66 metres by the most experienced dare-devil users, or 30 metres and shallower for the average diver.
