Some dive schools & centers advertise "cheap" courses to attract
customers looking for "bargain deals". These deals can come at a cost to
you if you are not careful- for instance, you may find
you are training in large groups, diving from the beach where there is limited visibility and marine life or find there are "hidden extras" in the price
of the course!
At Thailand Divers we offer you the highest quality scuba diver training with
small groups; experienced, friendly PADI Instructors; dedicated
classrooms for theory sessions and a purpose built scuba diving pool for
all the confined water training, plus all your dives will be conducted on the best dive sites that Southern Thailand has to offer on our own day trip boat. For a small, additional premium, we also offer private instruction for all of our courses meaning you can have one-on-one tuition or exclusive instruction as a couple or your family.
At Thailand Divers:
- Recreational course prices include equipment rental, pool and boat fees and the respective PADI manual and certification fee.
- Professional course prices include equipment rental where required, pool and boat fees and accommodation if selected. PADI materials are extra as needs vary from person to person, except for Divemaster where the manual is included in the price. The certification fee is payable directly to PADI by the student- a complete list of the current prices can be found on the PADI website.
- Technical course prices include equipment rental where required, pool and boat fees and the respective DSAT manual and certification.
Price Match Guarantee
Thailand Divers are offering a Price Match Guarantee on all training courses, liveaboards and day trips throughout 2009 / 2010.
We do everything in our power to make
sure our prices are competitive and you do not pay one baht more than you should for any scuba diving here with us at Thailand Divers. If however, you have seen a lower price from
another dive centre in Phuket for the exact same service, we will match the price.
Even if you see a lower price within 7 days of booking with us, we will
refund 100% of the difference.
Here's how to make a claim:
If you believe you have found the same service, at a lower price
within 7 days of your purchase or after making a deposit payment with Thailand Divers, simply contact us in person or via e-mail to process your claim.
Please be aware that in order to process your claim, you must
provide all the information requested including where you found the
same service at a lower price and evidence of that price - e.g. a newspaper advertisement, promotional leaflet, digital photograph of
point of sale display, screen grab from a website, quotation on headed stationery.
Your claim will be reviewed in good faith by one of our office staff and should we deem the claim be eligible then we will refund 100% of the difference to you. We will be fair but our decision is final.
We are unable to accept "last minute deals" and Special seasonal offers as part of the price match pledge.
