Choose your preferred departure date and number of guests in the availability checker, or message Thailand Divers on WhatsApp. Tell us each diver’s certification and recent diving experience. We will check availability for your chosen departure before asking you to pay. Sending an enquiry does not reserve a place.

Once we confirm availability, we will send you a secure payment request. If your departure is more than 30 days away, pay a 20% deposit to reserve your place. The remaining 80% is due 30 days before departure. You are welcome to pay the full price earlier.

If your departure is 30 days or fewer away, full payment is required when we confirm availability. We will confirm your reservation once your place has been secured and the required payment has been received.

The balance must reach us by its due date. If it is not paid on time, we will cancel the reservation and apply the cancellation policy below.

Please contact us as soon as your plans change. We will try to move your trip to another available date. Date changes depend on availability and do not restart the original cancellation period.

Please send your cancellation by WhatsApp or email. The date we receive your message determines which refund period applies.

• 30 days or more before departure: we refund what you have paid, less one ฿2,500 fee per booking for booking administration, cancellation handling and payment processing.
• 29–15 days before departure: we retain 50% of the confirmed booking price and refund any amount you have paid above that. If you paid in full, this means a 50% refund.
• 14 days or fewer before departure, or no-show: no refund is due.

These periods are measured before your scheduled departure date. A refund cannot exceed the amount we have received. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

If we have to cancel your trip, we will offer another available date where possible. If that does not work for you, we will refund everything you have paid to Thailand Divers for this booking, including the deposit.

Yes. Certified divers need suitable scuba-diving insurance for this liveaboard. Existing travel or dive insurance is acceptable if it covers your planned dives in Thailand, including the dates, depth, dive-accident medical treatment, evacuation and recompression treatment. Check your policy and bring proof of cover. If you need cover, read our scuba insurance guide.

Non-divers are welcome at a reduced rate, subject to availability. Snorkelling opportunities depend on the route, visibility and safety conditions; the boat manager makes the final decision. Please tell us how many non-divers are in your group when you enquire.

Please tell us in advance if you need vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free or other suitable food. We will make every effort to help, although not every request can be guaranteed. You may bring your own food if needed, and we can help store it onboard.

Yes. If you bring DIN regulators, an adapter can be rented for ฿100 per day. Please request one when booking.

Yes, subject to availability. One private guide can accompany up to two Open Water divers. Advanced Open Water divers and above can join a standard guided group or request a private guide. The private-guide extra is ฿2,500 per guide per day, or ฿7,500 per guide for this 3-day trip. Please request this when booking so we can confirm your guide and a suitable dive plan.

Yes. The National Marine Park fee is ฿1,600 per diver and can be paid in cash on the boat.
